Terrace RoomFeaturing a small outdoor patio, the Terrace Room offers the perfect setting for all gatherings, from formal business meetings to casual events, comfortably accommodating up to 25 people. The Terrace Room features built-in cabinetry, rich granite countertops and convenient access to our lobby and restaurants.

Marquis RoomOur Marquis Room is designed for all types of events—modern or traditional, festive or formal, intimate or grand. Located on our tower’s main floor, this space offers abundant natural light accented by rich draperies and blinds. This popular event room with 1,500 square feet can comfortably accommodate groups from 20 to 60 people and can be split into 2 function rooms with a capacity of 30 people each.

Marquis Room

Our Marquis Room is designed for all types of events—modern or traditional, festive or formal, intimate or grand. Located on our tower’s main floor, this space offers abundant natural light accented by rich draperies and blinds. This popular event room with 1,500 square feet can comfortably accommodate groups from 20 to 60 people and can be split into 2 function rooms with a capacity of 30 people each.

Discovery BallroomThe Denham Inn’s largest event space. The Discovery Ballroom is detailed with bronze feature wall panels, custom millwork and warm colors, tones and lighting that create an intimate and inviting atmosphere. This lavish and private event space is located on the lower level, offering 2,800 square feet of comfortable banquet space ideal for large groups up to 200. The space can be set in numerous configurations and split into 2 function rooms, each with a capacity of 80 people.
